Relatively Short. Since the core mechanics rely on our mature standard models, we only need time for cosmetic and minor software adjustments.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturing)

You provide the specific functional or design requirements; Echo takes full responsibility for the R&D, structural engineering, and manufacturing.
End-user factories, production facilities, or brands with highly specialized, non-standard packaging processes.
Longer. This includes a comprehensive R&D cycle, 3D modeling, prototype building, testing, and final manufacturing.
Evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity of the visual and structural design.

Engineered to Order: Success Stories

European Distributor White-Label Project

Requirement: A major machinery distributor in Germany needed a reliable supplier for rotary pouch machines, but required them to match their own corporate blue color scheme, bear their logo, and feature a fully German-language Siemens control system.
Echo's Delivery (OEM): We manufactured a batch of MR8 machines using custom RAL paint. We embedded their logo into the HMI startup screen and localized the software. The machines were delivered plug-and-play, allowing the distributor to immediately serve their local food industry clients under their own trusted brand.

Corrosive Chemical Packaging

Requirement: A Korean chemical plant needed to package highly corrosive detergent powders. Standard machines would rust within months.

Echo's Delivery (ODM): Our R&D team completely re-engineered the material contact zones using specialized anti-corrosive alloys. We structurally isolated the electrical cabinet and utilized a fully sealed, waterproof chassis, extending the machine's lifespan by years in a harsh environment.

Custom Fresh Meat Tray Sealing

Requirement: An Australian fresh produce company designed a highly unique, non-standard tray shape to stand out on supermarket shelves. They needed a machine capable of sealing this specific shape while injecting a precise MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) gas blend.

Echo's Delivery (ODM): We custom-machined the sealing molds for our TA Series specifically for their tray geometry. We also integrated a touchscreen-adjustable ternary gas mixing system, allowing them to perfectly balance Oxygen, CO2, and Nitrogen to maximize meat shelf life.

For OEM orders based on our standard platforms (changing colors, logos, basic UI), the MOQ is highly flexible—we welcome orders starting from just 1 unit to help you test your market. For complex ODM projects requiring heavy R&D, the MOQ is evaluated based on design complexity.
